We want to ask your help again to ensure that we are not speeding in our subdivision.  Please be careful and also discuss this with your lawn people, other contractors and delivery people as soon as possible.  We have sent reminders before and added some speed limit and caution signs. Still, there have been several reported “near misses” with children, grandchildren and neighborhood walkers and we do not want anyone to get hurt!!! 

If the speed problem continues, we will be forced to consider alternative solutions, like speed bumps.  Please help us avoid this by driving responsibly and working with our contractors to ensure they do the same.
